What days to you dispatch orders?

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Monday to Friday only count as working days when counting delivery times.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

We always try to process and dispatch orders as quickly as we can, however we do advise to give us 5 days to process your order and then to add the time on for the delivery option that was chosen. ie Royal mail first class add 1-2 working days on top of the 5 days processing time.

Do you post internationally?

Yes. Please see our shipping policy for delivery cost.

Can I collect my order?

Unfortunately not as we do not have a retail unit.
